IMPORTANT!
If you have been a member of our club (or any sailing club) across Australia in the past few years, your details (including Australian Sailing Number) should be in our system. If you don't know your Australian Sailing Number, you can look it up here: AS Number Finder
The registration process starts by selecting the membership option (new or returning) and completing the details for the PRIMARY adult.
- If racing, then add-ons for racking and boat registration may apply.
- Note - Opti racking is via Bookings now.
- Returning Juniors please choose Add-On for Learn to Race / Racing / F11 Coaching (please do this in the name of the Junior member). You do not need to add boat registration for Opti or F11 racing.
- High performance Opti Coaching will be a separately bookable Event.
Before payment, click "add another registration" after the first adult and add additional family members as needed, and pay for all together.
On payment, you will be emailed an invoice and for New Members your Australian Sailing Number and member log in details. You will need these in order to enrol for Learn To Sail courses under EVENTS.
Juniors who have trained elsewhere can sign up directly for "Learn to Race" as part of membership - but you will need your own Opti.
Members should refer to registration summary below (or here) which spells out the steps. New member and still feeling challenged? contact Gus Kernot - training@nsc.asn.au.
Additional fees (for the full year) show as an Add-On during registration, and include
- Boat registration (race entry) $210

Credit card fees are now being absorbed by the club, and payment by direct credit remains an option.
Members seeking Opti storage for the first time should consult with the Racking Officer training@nsc.asn.au prior to selecting a boat storage option, as places may not be available. Racking occupancy appears on the website under LTS and Racing.
Detailed instructions can be downloaded (from below) which explains the self registration process, and the process tree shows menu options for common scenarios.
