Racing Entry and Results

NSC is now using SailSys as our race management system.  This will allow us to quickly display results, have the option of pursuit starts and enable NSC to host other clubs and regattas. 

Your membership registration fees include race entry for all 55 races planned for this season except the Moths (which routinely race only one race on Sundays so they have fewer races).    If you are not already in SailSys, you will be asked to setup a personal login and provide email, SMS and an emergency contact.  You do not need to provide any additional information (eg medical info) 

Once you are on SailSys, you enter your boat as Boat Admin.  The minimum boat entry information required on SailSys is your boat class and sail number.  The club requires you to have at least 3rd party insurance so you can upload your Certificate of Currency if you wish

To enter for the season - click below.   You can use this guide to take you through entering races, managing your personal data and boat information - and particularly for parents, identifying who is skippering the boat so their results can be collated.  Here's the guide - read it!

Each Sunday we are racing, the Starter or Principal Race Officer will initiate sign-on via SMS. This is not mandatory for this season but by advising you are, or are not intending to race, this does simplify their volunteer job so please assist if you can.

Results will be made available as soon as possible.  Results are organised by Annual Point Score series races (ie Club Championships, Spring and  Summer Series) as well as individual series (e.g. Willoughby Shield, Commodore's Cup, President's plate).
